Automatic In-Line Moisturising System

To prevent ink from clogging the nozzle, the ink pad will eject moisturiser to keep the nozzles clean on an automated schedule. This will keep the printer nozzle in the best working state, help avoid blockages in the nozzles due to the volatilisation of solvent, and prolong the service life of the nozzle.

Mute Linear Guide

Quiet operation and stability. Low noise, high speed extended service life & long-term operation without maintenance are all achieved by significantly reducing friction between the silent guide rail’s sliders and improving the retention of lubricating grease.

Japan 3M Filter

Large particles, gels and other contaminates are efficiently caught by our imported filter, which also permits the necessary colour dyes to pass through and stay in the ink. The imported filter offers a superior capacity for impurity filtration and a longer lifespan.

Ink Damper Heating

The ink damper device of the DTF film printing machine has an external heating function. The heating unit is installed on the outside of each ink damper. With this technology, the printer can work normally in an environment with large temperature differences. In the printing process, the heating function can ensure good fluidity of the ink.
